Return
We have a 24-48 hours of return policy, which means you have 24-48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a single shot 360 degree unboxing video.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ninikaa.com or 95853 99993 . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund
We issue refund as store credits ONLY when there is unavailability of the same product purchased.
If a product is damaged during shipment and is returned by you, undamaged, to an address we request, we will reimburse you for the damage within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the purchased product to the specified address. There will only be a replacement offered. Orders placed are final and cannot be canceled or switched for a different item. If we are unable to process a certain item in your purchase, you will receive a refund for order as store credits.
Depending on the nature of the transaction, the refund processing period would be between 5-7 business days. After the goods is discovered to be defective, please send the returns using reputable courier services and email us the courier receipt within 2 business days. There will be no refund or exchange of products if it is not mailed back within 2 business days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your account as store credits within 5-7 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Sale items or gift card.
- Due to digital photography and the differences in monitor settings between devices, there may be some differences in the color tones of the actual product and the online photographs. However, rest assured that every photo was taken by Ninikaa House of Traditions in natural light and with authenticity. What you see is exactly what you should get.
- The handmade goods may have small design imperfections that are an inherent result of the human touch. This won't be regarded as a defect that may be returned or exchanged.
- If the physical appearance and feel of the product doesn't appeal to you.
- If the product design appears large or is too heavy to wear.
- If the size of the jewel is different from what you expected.
- In certain instances, earring stems are intentionally bent to prevent breaking, which is not classified as a transit damage.
- In extremely rare cases, it's possible that the jewelry's stones or beads dropped in transit. Things like this that are easily mended with fabric adhesive and cannot be returned or replaced.
- Every bangle product page always has a size chart available. If you are unsure of the size, please measure yourself before purchasing. If you order the wrong size, there are no returns or exchanges available.
- The free back ropes offered with the purchase are given as a gesture and won't be replaced as a separate package if they are discovered to be broken after they are received. Importantly, as a backup plan, they can be supplied extra on your subsequent transaction as a gesture.
- Regretfully, we don't offer an exchange program for clients who are located abroad.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
